General Rules
KePixel must be used lawfully, securely, and in compliance with advertising and analytics platform policies. The service is intended to improve conversion event quality, not to manipulate systems.
Prohibited Activities
Customers must not use the service to send fake events, inflate sales, deceive ad algorithms, support illegal campaigns, or operate websites involving fraud, malware, or prohibited content.
Prohibited Data
Customers must not use KePixel to collect or transmit sensitive data without a valid legal basis and proper safeguards, including sensitive health, financial, children's, or otherwise restricted data.
Advertising Platform Compliance
Customers are responsible for complying with Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, GA4, and any other destination policies. We may disable a route or destination that creates compliance risk or repeated rejection.
Security Abuse
Customers must not attempt to breach, test without authorization, exploit APIs, use stolen tokens, bypass limits, or disrupt the service for others.
Spam and Misuse
KePixel must not be used for spam, unauthorized tracking, unauthorized resale, or sharing access with untrusted parties.
Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or suspend an account, source, or destination for violations, security risk, privacy complaints, payment issues, or requests from third-party platforms.
