Subprocessors Overview
KePixel uses trusted infrastructure and platform providers to deliver hosting, database, cloud functions, analytics, event delivery, email, support, and billing.
Google Cloud / Firebase
Used for hosting, database, cloud functions, logs, and core service operations. Account, event, and configuration data may be processed through this provider.
Google Analytics
May be used to understand KePixel website usage and improve the visitor experience. It is not used to sell customer data.
Meta
When Meta CAPI is enabled, configured conversion events and required fields are sent to Meta according to customer destination settings.
Google Ads
When Google Enhanced Conversions or Google measurement features are enabled, required conversion data may be sent to improve measurement based on customer settings.
TikTok
When TikTok Events API is enabled, mapped events such as view_content, add_to_cart, and purchase may be sent according to customer configuration.
Snapchat
When Snapchat Conversions API is enabled, supported conversion events may be sent to improve campaign measurement.
Payment Provider
A payment provider may be used to manage subscriptions, invoices, receipts, and payment status. Data may include account and billing details.
Email Provider
An email provider may be used for operational messages such as account confirmation, billing alerts, support replies, and system notifications.
