KePixel for Zid

Connect the exact Zid source using only the installation value or method exposed in KePixel Setup. KePixel keeps managed runtime configuration outside the store developer's setup.

Implementation flow

Create or open the Zid source

Use the correct public HTTPS store URL and open KePixel → Sources → your Zid store → Setup.

Wait for the managed installation handoff

KePixel provisioning determines the source-specific Web container/runtime values. If Setup shows Preparing or Waiting, use Overview → Refresh source status.

Use only the installation control shown by Setup

When a Web GTM/container handoff is exposed, use that exact value in the matching Zid tracking surface. Do not substitute another source's GTM ID or a generic script.

Verify storefront events

Test the supported product, cart and checkout flow and confirm the source is receiving events.

Source Setup is the source of truth

Managed installation

Zid is a separate KePixel source type. Use only the Web container or install value that KePixel exposes for this source after provisioning is ready.

If no install value is shown, do not improvise

Do not reuse a Salla or WordPress container, create a server value yourself, or invent a KePixel script. Refresh source status and wait for the source-specific handoff.

Event quality target

view_item — stable product identity.
add_to_cart — only after a real cart mutation.
begin_checkout — actual checkout entry with accurate cart context.
purchase — confirmed order evidence with stable transaction ID, currency, value and items.

Do not infer a completed order from click text or a generic page view. If the platform source does not expose a reliable outcome, keep it unverified.

Privacy and configuration

Only source-public configuration shown by KePixel Setup belongs in storefront tracking settings. Keep private server and destination configuration outside browser-facing Zid setup.

Testing

  1. Confirm the correct Zid store/source.
  2. Wait for an approved Setup installation value.
  3. Install it once in the matching Zid tracking surface.
  4. Verify a product view and cart action.
  5. Verify checkout/purchase only with real test-order evidence.
  6. Return to KePixel and refresh source status.
